 Dr. Welch has held leadership positions and memberships in numerous national, state and local professional organizations and associations in the field of asthma, allergy and immunology. He is recent past-Chair of the Executive Committee of the Section on Allergy and Immunology of the American Academy of Pediatrics. He has a strong interest in asthma camps for children, nationally and locally, and recently held the position of Chair of the National Consortium on Children’s Asthma Camps. |

 Dr. Ostrom received her medical degree from Mayo Medical School, Rochester, Minnesota. She then completed internship and residency in Pediatrics and fulfilled a fellowship in allergy and immunology at the Mayo Graduate School of Medicine where she received the Mayo Foundation Pediatric Award for Academic Achievement. She has published and lectured in the areas of allergic rhinitis, asthma, and exercise-induced asthma. |

 Barbara Goergen is a native Minnesotan, who received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the College of St. Teresa in Minnesota, her Master of Science from Texas Women’s University in Houston and completed the Family Nurse Practitioner Program at the University of Texas in San Antonio. She has also received her Nurse Practitioner certification in pediatrics. |
